Integrated Management System (GIS)
Our processes are designed and managed by an integrated management system based on ISO 9001: 2008, ISO 14001: 2004 and OHSAS 18001: 2007, which ensures the standardization of procedures to respond more effectively to customer needs.
The company has a trained and qualified internal staff, which performs periodic audits of our offices, factories and works to ensure that all processes are in accordance with the guidelines of IMS.
Environmental Management System (EMS)
We have adopted an environmental management system based on ISO 14001, which allows the identification of inefficient processes and consequent waste.
We map all the environmental aspects and impacts of each of our activities and our teams are trained and oriented to minimize such impacts, aiming for sustainability by optimizing the use of natural resources.
Health and Safety (OHS)
Our OSH policy establishes control and minimizes damage to health and safety from the activities and company’ services in accordance with OHSAS 18001: 2007.
In health care, we follow an annual schedule of campaigns that address various topics, contributing to greater awareness of employees about the importance of adopting healthier lifestyle habits. Such initiatives improve the organizational environment, ensuring synergies and a healthier working environment.
Quality Management System (QMS)
Our processes are in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001: 2008; with accreditation of INMETRO and ANAB and UKAS seals ensure the acceptance of our products in the US and European markets.
We offer an Excellent Professional Structure, Specialized Labor and Operational Management. We have a strict internal quality control, using NDT ultrasonic, magnetic particle and liquid penetrant testing to ensure the quality of the manufactured product.
We also use dimensional, visual welding and painting inspection, according to the technical documents, procedures, national and international standards, in addition to customer specifications.
